Minh Chau Beach

Bai Tu Long Bay

The beautiful 1km-long crescent-moon sweep of Minh Chau Beach, 12km from Quan Lan town on the northeastern coast, is the island's main drawcard. Between May and August there are several beer and seafood restaurants and kayaks for hire; at other times, and especially midweek, the beach is all yours.

There are several other small, blissful beaches on the island's eastern seaboard.
