5th & Taylor

Nashville

Chef Daniel Lindley sent the Nashville scene abuzz when he announced plans to build a restaurant in the chic Germantown neighborhood. Housed in a sweeping, barrel-roofed former warehouse space, 5th & Taylor serves up regional fare such as fried chicken drizzled with a spicy honey-chili sauce or trout with roasted root vegetables, coriander and parsnip.

A candlelit statue of General Francis Nash, Revolutionary War hero and namesake of Nashville, watches over the well-coiffed diners.
