'Iechyd Da' means 'Cheers!' in Welsh and this excellent brewery in pretty Elkhart indeeds leans towards UK-style handcrafted ales, though it's not fully committed (the 100 IBU double IPA can attest to that). There are 10 taps and some seriously tasty pizzas to pair (try the Landimore Garlic, with roasted garlic cloves, artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese).
It's only 30 minutes away from Amish Country, so worth the drive on a Sunday when everything else is closed. It's easily Elkhart's best time, too.
