Leave the more mainstream Upland Brewing Co next door to casual hopheads – it's here at Upland's all-sours brewery that the dank and funk flows among near-3000-gallon oak aging barrels. Ten taps are devoted to sours and wild ales (collaborations with Denmark's Mikkeller and Tennessee's Blackberry Farm are not uncommon) and another 10 from Upland next door.
This is the place where Upland is pushing the boundaries of the Indiana beer spectrum.
