The inviting Hualapai Lodge is the only place to stay in Peach Springs and is a step up from the roadside motels along Route 66. It has a heated saltwater swimming pool, a hot tub and the attached Diamond Creek Restaurant. This is a good place to be based for river trips or if you're planning on hiking down to Supai.
