Dating from 1760, this long white ²â²¹±ôı on the shore between Kandilli and Kuçüksu was built for Grand Vizier Mehmed Ä°zzet PaÅŸa, who served in this position twice under Sultan Abdül Hamit I. It is also known as the Mehmed Emin PaÅŸa Yalı.
