Kasteel Keukenhof

South Holland

This grand castle across the road from Keukenhof Gardens was built in 1641 by VOC (Dutch East India Company) commander Adriaan Muertenszoon Block and sits on more than 80 hectares of woodland, meadows and flowering gardens. The castle itself was closed for renovation during research and no completion date was available; check the website for details.
