Wat Phra Ngam

Ayuthaya

North of Wat Na Phra Men, where few foreigners venture, this small temple ruin has a mid-sized stupa in pretty good condition and a completely toppled ubosot (chapel), but what draws photographers is the eastern gate, completely engulfed by the roots of two bodhi trees growing on top of it.

The old name of the temple was Wat Cha Ram, but almost nobody uses this now.
