Gazing out over the Mediterranean from cliffs above a hidden cove, 1km southwest of Cala Llonga, Amante is one of Ibiza's most fashionable and romantic restaurants. During daylight it's a glitzy beach club (with €30 sun loungers), but from sunset it becomes an exquisitely beautiful place to dine, with a creative, delicious (if expensive) Spanish-Italian menu infused with home-grown ingredients.
The bar opens until 2am, and Amante hosts great movie nights every Tuesday evening in summer and events with DJs and dancing under the stars. Morning yoga classes are also on the menu.
