The casual space exudes understated style amid the original stone flooring and gorgeous hardwood tables, but it's Pessoa's outrageously good nouveau Portuguese cuisine that draws the foodie flock from far and wide.

Seasonal menus focus on the freshest Iberian flavours possible. Standout dishes include charred red peppers in an exquisite red-pepper coulis and suckling-pig confit that will bring you to your knees in unadulterated culinary joy. Portions are bigger than average at this level and the sommelier isn't afraid to pick bold, unorthodox wines to round out your evening.
