Diar il-Bniet

Top choice

Located in a historic farmhouse in the centre of Dingli village, this family-run farmhouse restaurant is something special. All produce is sourced from 'the house of the girls', or their farm 200m away, or other local producers. Dishes include stuffed aubergines or courgettes, homemade pies and fried rabbit, followed by desserts such as date and anisette tart. Platters also available.

Cookery classes (minimum two people, €120) can also be arranged. See the website for details. The attached farm shop sells a cornucopia of local products, including jams, honey and olive oil.
