Old Parliament Buildings

Malawi

Dating to Zomba's years as the national capital, this faded yellow complex off Livingstone Rd, behind the more modern court building, now serves as court offices. You should be able to wander inside, where the ghosts of yesteryear await among the empty offices, echoing corridors and peeling paint. Although the capital shifted to Lilongwe in 1974, the building served as parliament until 1994.
