Grotte d'Andrafiabe

Northern Madagascar

Andrafiabe takes about five hours to reach from the western entrance to the park and is moderately difficult. Both the underground cave and the 'cathedral' have interesting stalactites and stalagmites. There is an opening in the ceiling of the cathedral where the sun shines through. Eleven species of bat live here as well as lemurs, birds and reptiles.
