Woman walking through Yebisu Garden Place, Ebisu.

脗漏 Anthony Plummer 2007

This shopping and cultural centre was built on the site of the original Yebisu Beer Brewery (1889) that gave the neighbourhood its name. Unlike most modern Tokyo malls, this one is short on shops and big on public space: the large central plaza regularly hosts events, including a farmers market on Sundays (11am to 5pm).
