Caffè Adamo

Top choice in Modica

There is great gelato and then there's gelato made by Antonio Adamo. The affable modinese makes all his confections from scratch; even the Agrigento pistachios are ground on-site. The result is ice cream packed with extraordinarily natural flavour and freshness. Gelato aside, Antonio's cremolate (water ices), Modica chocolate blocks and take-home jars of ²ú²¹²úà (rum-soaked sponge cake) are also outstanding.
