This 1200-sq-metre brewpub and beer garden is Emilia-Romagna's most ambitious craft-beer undertaking yet. Local brewery Birra Bizantina flipped this long-abandoned former fertiliser warehouse along the docks into a hophead playground in 2019, opening with 18 beers on draught and a great pub menu of pala-style (rectangular) pizza, burgers etc. It now anchors the city's revitalising Darsena district.
