Housed in a superbly renovated mid-20th-century mansion, this top-notch restaurant serves some of the best Bengali fare in town. If you're confused about the ingredients, spices and gravies, skip the menu and hit the lunch buffet (vegetarian/nonvegetarian ₹600/700), and you'll be treated to a fantastic sampling of classic and contemporary Bengali cuisine.
Flavours here are less intense and more subtle than several other speciality Bengali restaurants, and are suited to a wide range of palates.
