National Bal Bhavan

New Delhi

This old-fashioned, open-air children's centre is a charming hodgepodge, with a polychrome-painted toy train ride, a small arts museum, arts-and-crafts rooms, a small aquarium and a cricket field. The cage containing assorted birds, guinea pigs and rabbits is less appealing.
