Not to be confused with the more-famous Dadiani Palace in Zugdidi, the former summer palace of the Dadianis (and now occasional residence of the Patriarch of the Georgian Orthodox Church) is set in grand rolling grounds just outside the village of Salkhino, though the palace itself is usually closed to visitors. The monks at the adjacent monastery may open their wine cellar for you to taste their excellent Ojaleshi wine.
