This terrific and very stylish four-star establishment is all nautical downstairs and has cheerfully painted rooms upstairs arranged with sisal flooring and attractive furnishings; ask for one with a balcony. There are lovely common areas where you can while away the hours with a book when the weather inevitably sours, including an enticing cafe-bar with leather armchairs.
There's also a good restaurant and a sparkling spa on-site; breakfast costs adult/child €15/8. Hôtel Vent d’Ouest is situated across the street from Église St-Joseph.
