Rintama Museo

Turku & Finland's South Coast

Original trenches, bunkers and artillery guns remain at the site of some of the worst Winter War fighting, 19km northeast of Hanko. Also here is a poignant indoor museum with interesting exhibits and knowledgeable guides. It's worth driving 5km further east to Skogby, where there are still earth-covered bunkers in the forests near the road.
