A panoramic glassed-in dining room overlooks the Juutuanjoki's Jäniskoski rapids at Inari's best restaurant, situated in the Tradition Hotel Kultahovi. Seasonal local produce is used in dishes such as morel and angelica-root soup, smoked reindeer heart with pine-needle vinaigrette, grilled Inarijärvi lake trout with white wine and dill sauce and a cauliflower puree, or Arctic king crab with nettle butter.
