Tukka

Grand Cayman

'Tukka' is a riff on the Australian word for food ('tucker'), and at this funky seaside restaurant Aussie Ron Hargrave serves up an eclectic assortment of Caribbean and Australian eats. Specialties include conch and croc fritters, kangaroo burgers and jerk-chicken gnocchi. The Wednesday-night walkabout, a four-course international dinner (US$47), is a highlight.

There's a weekday happy hour from 3pm to 6pm, with affordable tapas and drinks.
