Cabane du Pic-Bois

Eastern Townships

If you want to really gorge yourself, you can't do better than the all-you-can-eat spread at this traditional sugar shack. You get all the classics – omeletes, pork jowls, ham, maple sausage, beans and potatoes – plus cabbage salad dressed with Pic-Bois' famous maple vinegar. We'll gladly come back, even though they had to roll us out the door.

It's about an hour east of Montréal and between Bromont and Cowansville.
