About Paula
Born and brought up in Kenya, Paula has lived in Italy, Libya and Morocco. Now she’s largely London-based but hops between Marrakech, Milan and Venice, places she loves for their complicated, multi-layered realities and creative inhabitants. You’ll most likely find her in a souk or studio talking to carpet weavers or ceramicists or heading out on a boat or camel to see what really is over that horizon. This curious streak and love of meeting new people has resulted in dozens of Ïã¸ÛÁùºÏ²Ê¼´Ê±¿ª½± guides, as well as features for publications like the Telegraph, Guardian, Financial Times, BBC Travel, New York Times Style Magazine and Condé Nast Traveller.
