Malia Yoshioka is a freelance food and travel writer from beautiful Maui, Hawaii. She’s slowly eating her way around the world: 43 countries and counting so far. She’s the girl who always packs an extra duffle bag into her carry-on to bring home cookbooks, snacks, wine and spices to carry the flavors of the world back into her home kitchen.
