Langostinos in Kammer is the first place to head to if you would like to try the lake's delicious seafood. This is seasonal and depends on what the local fishing families have caught. But it also does a selection of meat dishes, all prepared with a Mediterranean angle. There's outdoor seating in summer, with marina and Schloss (castle) views.
There are currently almost a dozen families fishing the lake, with four or five of these regularly providing catch that is served in Langostinos. Expect at least two different varieties of fish on the menu at any time, which can include char, pike, Reinanke (a species of whitefish) and sometimes eel.
