Timbre Kitchen

Tasmania

Timbre's kitchen is the ultimate in seasonal menu design – the menu changes at least weekly, and is dependent on what produce local growers have delivered in a swap for wine from the attached vineyard. Vegan and gluten-free options are available. Decor is Scandinavian-chic, there's a large wine list and you can sit inside or on the large deck overlooking the vines.

Book ahead for the set-menu dinner ($44) on the weekend, as it's always popular.
