Cape Tourville

The East Coast

There’s an easy 20-minute, wheelchair-accessible circuit here for beautiful panoramas of Freycinet Peninsula’s eastern coastline. Along the way you can peer into the mouth of Wineglass Bay, and that may just be a whale you spy, at least from May to November.

The cape is topped by Cape Tourville Lighthouse, built in 1971 and a magical spot to watch sunrise.
